Since our products are perishable, we do not accept returns and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. But we will be happy to make sure that you are satisfied.

Please make sure to check your order before leaving the pick up location or when the item is delivered.
No orders can be cancelled once you have placed a order online, by phone, and or had a order shipped.
Can I Make Changes to My Order?
Yes, you may make changes to order within 24 hours of placing the order, once the order has been confirmed you will not be able to change or cancel the order.
Where is My Email Confirmation?
All orders will receive a email confirmation when the order has been processed online, and by phone. Please always check your spam if do not show the email in your inbox.
What if My Order Arrives Damaged?
We package all of our products well so they arrive on your doorstep snug, safe, and secure. If an item does arrive damaged or with items missing, please notify us within 5 business days.
We will be happy to give you a partial refund for your order.
For items that are being shipped, we will only give a partial refund if the item was damaged or had missing items, and our shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
